gossips -- especially false gossips are seriously PISSING ME OFF! damnit, why can't just people stop meddling with other people's lives? why can't they just stop making up stories about a person or persons' lives? why can't they just go on with their OWN lives?

if they want some spice in their life, why don't they just do it with their own lives, not with other people's lives? so that no one else would be harmed but themselves? are they that selfish that they only want the "paradise"-like or peaceful life all to themselves?

people who are victims of these gossips suffer a lot: they may lose their dignity; self-esteem; morale; or at times, when the gossips permit it, their friends. worse is, sometimes, if not oftentimes, gossips spread like fire. and remember that fire burns stronger as the clock ticks. that would mean that gossips become worse as they are passed on from one tongue to another.

now tell me, what really is the goal of these issue-makers?? what benefits do they get?? and the whole mass involved? do gossips really make the world go 'round..?
